I know it is wrong of me to mistrust people from other countries more so than the US, but there are places in Eastern Europe where much of the economy is built on internet scams.
But since another QB member has vouched for this seller, there seems like there would be no problem.
The nice thing about PP is that they don't know any of the bank or credit card info. The money is put from your source into your PP account and then is transferred to her PP account. I have used it for years and have even transferred funds to my DD in New Zealand at a fraction of the cost that the bank charged me.
I know PP does not give out your bank/CC info. I am so paranoid I do not even want the
email address that goes with my PP account to fall into the hands of a bad guy.
