Those who are caregivers whether for alzheimers patients, or other issues, need respite help periodically. For those who are doing so, please remember this ... you can't do it "all", "all" the time!

Taking care of yourself is not being heartless or self-centred. Taking care of yourself, allows you to do a better job of caring for your loved one for a longer time.
