I'm glad you changed your mind, Karen. There's something about the FQ that adds to accountability. In addition, you could be a winner.

Jeanne, we gained together in August, so we can lose together in September. If I were you, I'd go strictly no carbs except those in green vegetables for a week and see if the blood sugar improves. A high protein diet gets boring, but it's worth a try. Those fluctuation are harder on your body than high or low numbers (extremely high excepted, of course.). I'll join you to get my weight jumpstarted.
