I love color, and had to buy a yard of this fabric at Hancock's, but I don't know what to do with it. If you want to use your husband's idea, you could use a Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam sharing an umbrella for a big center block, and then use the umbrella fabric in a windmill block for the rest of the quilt. Wouldn't it make a cute anniversary gift for someone?
