I love it. I work 11-7 and have a hard time getting sleep before work but when I take that I sleep well for a few hrs. I've noticed it takes about 1/2 hr to work and it helps if you are resting during that time. I also have to make sure I've got at least 3 hrs to sleep. It's also great if you wake up during the night and can't get back to sleep. It also doesn't make you groggy when you wake up. It works well for me. I use the "Midnights". Good luck.
