That's so awful for her and how could she know that bed bugs were in her chair. Even in the libraires they have themand you can come home with them on you or in a book or whatever. You never know when you might encounter them. So she should hold her head up high she didn't do anything wrong. I feel for her it's always the way people look down on you.
