Love that it switches so easily from different height carpets to tile, wood, etc. Extension hose easily reaches to the top of the stairs to clean those. Very long extension hose and attachments, hand attachments. You name it, it has it. I have the Animal. Was at a friend's house once for a Rainbow demo --- the saleswoman spilled the dirty water all over the place when it slipped out of her hands. She didn't make any sales that day.
