Click on their name and the screen will show their posts and topics created. You can read their profile info too.
Don't think this works for everybody or I am just to dumb to know how to do it. :>)

click on any boardmember's name and the screen will bring up their profile and you will see a list of things about the person. You can click on what is listed and see any of their posts or topics created, ect.
