The pattern is a feathered star, which is a traditional pattern. However, Cindi Edgerton has miniature patterns printed on tissue paper, you can find the patterns in local quilt shops and on her website here:

Marsha McCloskey also does a lot of feathered stars and she's written a couple of books about them. I think the smallest pattern I've seen that she wrote was a bit bigger - the small pieces are 1/2 inch in hers, compared to the 1/4 inch pieces in the one I did.
Cindi's patterns are paper-pieced, while Marsha's patterns use templates.
