I did not know that about borders until recently. I read it on a member's blog. Light bulb moment - so THAT'S why my borders are wavy!! I haven't made a new quilt to try it yet but am looking forward to it.
The quilt and quilting are lovely - she is very lucky that you fixed her mistake.
