Dry iron if I'm ironing fabric or pressing seams, but if I'm ironing fabric I'll spritz it with water from a spray bottle. I don't use water to press seams. The water bottle helps me avoid putting water in my iron. Kind of a pain when I have to press seams and still have water in my iron and have to empty out the water.
