That is fantastic!!! Great job. I wish I could do the dance/exercise stuff but my back won't stand for it so walking has to be my option. Sounds like you will do well again this month.

Gail, walking is one of, if not the best type of exercise to do. Most everybody can get out and walk...some have health issues and can't so they need to find another type of exercise to do. I think exercise along with portion control is the best way to loose weight.
And we are ALL beautiful....beauty comes from within. And with all the caring and support we get on the site....this is one gourgeous site
