Beautiful quilt! I've often used different size borders on my quilts. Sometimes the sides are larger, others the top and bottom are larger. I sometimes will do a 3" border on the left and bottom and a 6" border on the right and top. My quilt, my choice...so you get to choose for your quilts!!!
