Another favourite way we like it....slice a larger zucchini into 1/2" slices, (about 3" diameter zuke). Sprinkle one side with Lawry's seasoned salt, grill over campfire.

I have tried it on the BBQ, but isn't the same. Really need the campfire. ;)
