The cabinet to the Universal is in and cleaned. The head is in the car baking to loosen the ZZ knob, as per miriam's suggestion. I should have oiled it first, but I am not going to carry it up the stairs twice. It's easier to find a place to sit for it with the cabinet empty. So far no luck.
You all make me want to treadle. I didn't get my answer - what do I use to loosen the tight irons on the Leader?
