We use Martha Stewart's recipe. we hacve tried Paula Dean's and someone else's but like Martha's best. We use either cream cheese frosting or chocolate frosting for the filling. They are yummy. If you make them, refrigerating the dough for about 30 - 45 minutes before beginning to scoop makes the scooping easier and then refrigerating the dough between scooping is helpful. They are easy to make. ~ Chris
