I posted on the Gold Country Yahoo site the list and directions for making the cover in the files section.
I haven't gotten around to posting tutorial up here on the QB, but if you look at my blog the tutorial is on there.
Here is the list of items:
Exchange Block Reversible Cover Materials:
2- exchange blocks
2- 6 ½ " x 3 ½ " block and 1- 6 ½ " x 4 ½ " block of muslin or solid fabric.
1- 3" x 23" strip and 1- 11" x 23" of different fabric from fabric used for smaller blocks. These pieces of fabrics make up side 1.
1- 20" x 23 " fabric of a different theme or look from side 1. I'm only allowing a ½ " of error. This will make up side 2.
Batting 22 " x 25"
