I always use Rice-A-Roni Spanish Rice Mix. I use it when I make a Mexican dinner and it is absolutely outrageous when you make stuffed peppers with hamburger!
Quick and easy and very tasty. You can doctor it up with a little salsa or some tabasco if you like. Edie
