Where did it originate?
I'll start........
MJSylvstr.....my initials and last name without the vowels.
I was ordering a named license plate for my husband "Charles"
Chas was gone as was Chaz & Charlie & Charley so I went to our last name but it had 9 letters and there was a minimum of 7, thus SYLVSTR.
We use this now on so many things that it has almost become our name..I have been known to sign my signature without the vowels..
