Hi . . . been reading the board for a couple of months and thoroughly enjoying it. Have not started quilting yet, but stopped in for ideas. I'm 49 years old with two daughters and one grandson and I recently finished chemotherapy (breast cancer - all clear!!), and want to make lap quilts for my daughters from the MANY scarves I have been wearing. Any ideas for an easy start???
