PS I lurked so long because I could never get my user name and password to work -- so I learned the hard way over the years to keep better track of all my information. I'm usually so busy reading about how to do things, I don't have time to do them. My husband always said I'd do hobbies full time if he'd let me. So after re-registering I have a voice at last.
When you said Finger Lakes Region I was thinking farther West than Syracuse. I know about Quilting by the Lake, I was there several years ago. Also I really like "Patchwork Plus" quilt shop in Marcellus on Rt 20. That would be close to you. And we have several shops down here in the Binghamton area. I am lucky too. Marge
