we could have a team of people to help get it off the ground. we could have 1 person assign blocks, the 1 person in charge to help with questions/construction, then someone else can sort/ship.

some people might think its better to do in the fall when people spend more time at home and would prefer a breezy swap for the summer months.
i'm open to other swaps - we have a nice list going and within the next 12 months we should be able to do them all :D

Thinking about colours.... we could add a modern touch to it, we are doing this via internet after all! I definitely don't have any civil war reproductions, so I'm in total agreement there.
