Stories like yours is why I have paid the pro's. I spent a few years in "that" isle just starring at the choices and the whole time hearing every voice of experience telling me .. "ash will go green" ...."go lighter than whats on the box".. don't beleive the box color" .... "buy a temporay" .. it was paralyzing!!! Each time retreating in complete fear of the dreaded "Carrot Top" or "Green Pond Haze" or even the "Hint of Lilac" ....
I will openly admit those tidy boxes with glamorous ladies onthe front SCARE THE HECK OUT OF ME!!! Some people fear clowns .. others spiders .. mine is the hair color box ladies. !!
