Try flipping the blade around and adding a drop of oil. Sometimes this makes them good as new.... Or get some Harbor Freight Carpet Cutting blades that work in our 45 mm cutters for $1.99 a 2 pack....
Never thought about turning blade over or drop of oil to improve cutting, thanks for the hint.
