If you made it with someone else, record that.
It's all about details, no matter how minor it may seem. You can't over document imo, however it'll be what you want to include on your record of each quilt.
definitely location - very important for historical reasons - that way "Jane Doe" out in Alaska won't get "credit" for the quilt YOU made!
