I actually just made a pot of sauce from the last of the tomatoes in the yard, so I might cube it and use over pasta for next Friday night's meatless dinner ... although there are still some eggplant in the front yard ... mmmmm! But I think there is more than enough on that puppy for both sautee and sauce!
