I had the same problem until I asked the store clerks. You should have received a post card in the mail. The trick is to use the post card coupon and that signs you up to keep receiving coupons. If you don't use the coupons you get taken off the list. I now make sure to use them for even a spool of thread to keep current on the list. :lol: i do have a coupon but am at work at this moment. I will down load it when I get home. You can also get one off their web site.
