Maybe not that much, but pretty close to it..

For the last 8 months I have been walking from the train to school and have been passing an empty corner and I wish I had enough money to rent it to put the biggest quilt shop in the US. Is about 54,000 square feet. It has a huge first floor for fabrics (enough room for every single line put out by every designer), room for notions and tons of room to walk around. Also tons of wall space to display samples of the kits and patterns. It then has an escalator to go upstairs where I wish to have divided for classroom (not to big since classes sizes is better kept small) where machines are available. Also space for tables where you could rent space to sew and a display room where people could sell their quilts already made. By experience I know is hard in a city like this to find room to sell your quilts, and I would provide this space. Who has the $$ and is willing to invest on me? Is the corner of 58th and 8th, outside of the garment district, and no other fabric store for at least 20 blocks. Is the perfect location.
