You could make a brown paper bag of items, enough so that each person would get one. Number each bag and have coresponding numbers in a basket. Each member draws a number and gets the bag with the same number.
Another idea would have a silent action and the money would go toward whatever you all decide to do to in her memory.
Each member make a block, using this material, put them into a quilt for husband.
