Even if these were "learning" quilts, they are gorgeous, and thanks for sharing what you learned. I am a quilt as you go type person too, and have discovered many of the same dilemmas you discovered. All in the name of my free spirited creativity. (I've ended up with some small projects because of it, and many UFOs)
