You can make it by sewing WOF strips together (pale, light blue, medium blue, dark purple (as shown on my monitor)). Then you cut triangles out so that half of the triangles have the pale at the top and the other half have the dark purple at the top. You then sew 4 together to make a block.
I've got the ruler at home that makes it easier to do this, but can't recall the name of it off hand.
