The black separates the blocks, and really sets them off, and on the other hand, the white blends the blocks together, and makes the quilt look like one big unit. Either one is gorgeous. I want to make a red, black and white quilt some day, and your quilt really makes me want to do it. Gorgeous either way you finish it.
