Is it possible to put borders on a chenille top before doing the chenille...I want to do the panel thing like here
http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-133128-1.htm but I want it to be bigger, so thought would it be possible to put a border on the top panel to increase the size...sheeish sure hope I'm explaining this correctly.
