There's a product called "coban" that's used as a bandage wrap. It's self-adhering, it doesn't stick to anything but itself. It is also used by vets a lot for animal bandaging. It's soft and doesn't create any lint. It can be a little expensive but it could be helpful in this instance. It can be found in the wound care area of most stores.
