Yesterday they were active but now the detailed banks breaking out models etc are gone- Singer responded to our inquiry about it with nothing more then you can call if you have questions- phone lines were busy all day.
I have been trying to get one of the moderators for this group to allow a post I wrote 2 different times and was removed. The post explained the serial number elimination and asked Everyone to contact Singer requesting it be returned to get them to see it is valuable.
