I have been trying to get one of the moderators for this group to allow a post I wrote 2 different times and was removed. The post explained the serial number elimination and asked Everyone to contact Singer requesting it be returned to get them to see it is valuable.
That really sucks!! And a major bummer to boot! Now when you find one in the wild, how do you know if it's "the one" you've been looking for all your life or is one you already have 3 of in the collection. I've tried the phone # several times to no avail - never could get through the menu to even get anything else! Time to storm their gates with emails and pohone calls - I agree with you.
