I would do a search and put in layout ideas to make a table runner using 10" applique quilt squares. I would look both under everything, and then under images...I have done this for a lot of things, and get great ideas...especially from the images search...I use google by the way...good luck to you!

PS I tried it under google search, with the images, there are a lot of pics of layout ideas...on point, etc...
