Thank you for all the compliments. The pattern is called "Sweet Dreams Baby" I bought it from the Quilt Pattern Shoppe. The fabrics are Moda Meadowfriends Cotton Pond Blue & Girl Lotsa Dots and Michael Millers's CX4834 Aqua (it is actually aqua and white checks but hard to tell from picture.) The Stars are Winterberry Lane by Terri Degenkolb for Red Rooster Fabrics.
