So glad that your mom is going home, but keep a very close eye on her for the first little while she's home. Don't let her do anything strenuous and watch how often she needs to go up and down stairs, no lifting for the first couple of weeks. Do you have a blood pressure machine at home, it would be a good idea to keep a little book with the dates, times and what the BP reading is.
