I could never get it to stitch fully without getting an error messages. Try another design if it works its not your machine its the design. JAT Also make sure your machine is clean of any threads or fuzz.
Yes, I did that too, change to several designs easy one, big one little one, removed the fuzz. I'm heading out to the fair so see if I can find the person I bought it from and hope he can give me some ideals how to fix it until he back into his shop after the fair...
