I was at a LAQ store one day when a lady brought back a quilt that had just been quilted. The LAQ had put the backing on with the wrong side out. The lady was very upset and I would have been too, but in fairness to the LAQ there was not a big difference between the wrong and right side. Lesson-makde sure quilter knows which is the right side.
