Another good "next time" recipe...

Make stuffing, either Stove Top (I got the recipe from the box) or homemade, and add an egg to it mixing it well.
Pound out the chicken to about a quarter inch thick, place some stuffing on the center of it and roll it up. The recipe calls for a can of Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup poured over the top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165. I make gravy from chicken stock and use that instead.
