Yesterday, my DD and I took her DD, my DGD who is 8 years old, to the quilt show. When we paid our admission, we were each given a ballot to vote for our favorite quilt. My GDG very seriously looked at all the quilts until we came to a bisquit quilt done in pastel colors. She stood there and looked at her mother and said "O M G!!!!! This is our next one!!!!" My DD and I laughed so hard! We have been taking her to quilt shows since she was 4 months old and the quilting bug has hit! She then voted for this one for her favorite. She has her own stash and keeps her FQ's in her sock drawer. A future quilter! :thumbup:
