Sounds and looks so Goooooooooood!!! I went apple picking Friday at a local farm in Mass. I picket twenty pounds of apples. After my DH and I finishes my "Homestyle Apple Pie" which has three pounds of apples and one cup chopped dried apricots, I'll try the fried apple pie.
