If the fruit is peaches, cherries, or apples, you can add them to a regular cake recipe (just cut down the liquid a bit - you don't want it too runny, or you'll have pudding cake). As for using them for fried pies... I would think the "sauce" they're in would make an awful mess. If it's grapes, use them in a broccoli-chicken salad with a balsamic dressing and walnuts.
