You identified what he was getting and the fact that he took time to go through it he wouldn't have a leg to stand on in a court room. this was my thought. why does he have to have his money back if he took the time to go through it first.
I don't think you do have to have a return policy like Walmart. I don't think you have to have a return policy at all. Most places say--"no returns "
