Buy a graham cracker crust or make your own. Cut up 6-8 cups fresh peaches (depending on size). Put peaches in cooked or prepared graham cracker pie crust. Top with glaze made from 1 cup crushed peaches, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 3 T corn starch, bring glaze to boil, cook on low for 2 minutes. Add 1 t almond extract. Pour over peaches. Let cool in fridge 2 hrs before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
