I need to change my focal distance regularly. Look at laptop, look at TV, look at quilt, look outside. Anytime I look at something close for too long, I have trouble changing my long distance focus. For now I use the laptop without my trifocals, When I get up and I put my glasses on I can see. Need to make an appointment.
