I have a fantastic recipe for Cranberry nut bread - without the orange - (I don't like orange and cranberry). I use walnuts and I don't smoosh them. So when you bite into the tart cranberry and get a big chunk of walnut - well, lady, you are in Bog heaven!!!!!
