Looks like it, but they say they are from a working environment. I wonder if the 'working environment' was a sewing machine repair shop - maybe one that closed and these were left over? Either way, they must have gotten them for a real low price. There's no way they wanted to ship all of them - maybe that's why they are putting them up as one lot - they didn't want to bother to clean and list and ship them individually?
